QGLOBAL DISTRIBUTORSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
As an independent distributor of QGlobal Distribution Inc, I agree with no hesitation and with clear understanding on the stipulations stated herein:
1. I am of legal age and qualified to venture in a business such as QGlobal’s marketing and distribution of its products.
2. I personally attended the company orientation, and I am aware of the company’s nature of business, its products, marketing plan, policies and procedures, and I will not hold QGlobal responsible with anything beyond the scope of its provisions, furthermore QGlobal will not be held liable for any unofficial arrangements made between me and other individuals, company or organization.
3. I understand that I am an independent distributor of QGlobal and neither an authorized agent nor an employee of QGlobal, therefore my income will barely depend on my committed effort in accordance with the QGlobal marketing plan.
4. I will efficiently disseminate QGlobal’s provisions and guarantee a good representation of the company in all business activities with liability on any misinformation and misrepresentation that I may cause.
5. I assure complete understanding and obedience to sponsoring ethics and company policies and procedures on sponsoring, and I understand that cross-lining is a major offense.
6. I ensure adherence to the company set pricing for distributors and non-distributors, purchase payment, and obey company policies and procedures in ordering and product receipt.
7. I understand that my distributorship is non-transferable unless with reasonable cause and only to the appropriate beneficiary if needed, as per company's approval.
8. QGlobal Distribution Inc., reserves the right to amend its products, marketing plan, product packages, product price, registration, business and distributorship activity requirement, and its policies and procedures upon its discretion without prior notice.
9. I understand that my QGlobal distributorship will take effect only upon payment to the company of the registration Entry Package or the equivalent requirement as set by the company and upon agreement to these terms and conditions.
10. QGlobal Distribution Inc. reserves the right to terminate my distributorship if any of the stipulations above, and if any of the statements in the Distributorship Policies and Procedures is violated.
